"The patented Oven [PyroKracker(tm)Thermal Decomposer] of the T2S Thermal Transformation System provides a way to thermally transform carbon based material to hydrocarbon vapor and carbon in a simple, safe and reliable manner. In the case of tires, they are shredded and conveyed to a feed hopper situated above the T2 System Oven where a rotary airlock valve continuously measures and feeds the proper quantity into the oven for intense rapid heating with the assistance of the patented heat gun in an oxygen rare atmosphere. Tires are transformed to vapor and value added carbon. The carbon is discharged from the oven by another rotary airlock valve and the vapor is discharged for clean combustion or conversion to oil".
